Dragon Glutinous Rice, also known as sticky rice, is grown in Southeast Asia and widely used in Chinese cuisine. It has a sticky texture and slight sweetness that makes it perfect for both savoury and sweet dishes like stuffed duck with glutinous rice, zongzi (glutinous rice dumpling) and glutinous rice cake, etc.
