Our warehouse personnel is highly-skilled and will package your items according to our precise and exact specifications. Your products will go through an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being shipped. Every day we ship hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer on earth. The warehouses are located located in Europe as much as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.

Prior to shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48-hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

You are able to return a product when it\’s unopened and in the same condition the day you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
